By using the DELTECH Pathways website and its tools (the Career Health Check assessment, the CV Builder, and cohort applications), you agree to these terms.

What DELTECH Pathways is

DELTECH Pathways is a career intelligence platform helping students and early-career professionals build real-world career readiness, through free tools, content, and a structured cohort programme.

Using our tools

  • The Career Health Check gives you a score and recommendations based on your answers. This is guidance to help you think about your career direction — it isn't professional career counselling, and it doesn't guarantee any outcome.
  • The CV Builder generates a CV document based on what you enter. You're responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before using it — we don't guarantee it will pass every employer's specific application system, though it's built to standard ATS-friendly practices.
  • Applying to a cohort through our application form does not guarantee admission. Final participation depends on meeting DELTECH's selection criteria and review process.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information when using our tools and forms. Don't use the site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse any tool for a purpose other than its intended one.

Intellectual property

The DELTECH Pathways name, logo, DEL Framework, and site content are the property of DELTECH Pathways. The CV you build with our CV Builder is yours — we claim no ownership over content you create with it.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access or that every feature will be error-free. We aren't liable for decisions made based on assessment results or CV content generated through the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as DELTECH grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
