About DELTECH Pathways

Why DELTECH exists

DELTECH Pathways exists because too many students graduate without knowing how the world of work is changing, or how to prepare for it. They leave university with degrees but without career direction, practical skills, proof of their abilities, or confidence in their future.

The realization behind DELTECH was that the problem isn't a lack of skills. It's a lack of career intelligence. Students don't need another course. They need a framework for understanding where opportunities are moving, what skills will matter, and how to become valuable before they graduate.

Our Mission

DELTECH Pathways equips students and early-career professionals with the career intelligence, practical skills, and real-world experience they need to navigate the future of work with confidence.

Our Vision

To become Africa's leading career intelligence platform, helping millions of students make informed career decisions, build practical skills, and transition confidently from education to meaningful work and entrepreneurship.

DELTECH will be recognized not only for its programmes, but for its community, research, publications, mentorship network, and trusted guidance on the future of work. When students think about preparing for their careers, DELTECH will be the first place they turn.

What we believe

Seven principles we build on

  1. 01

    Career intelligence before career success.

Students need direction before they need technical skills.

  2. 02

    Learning must be practical.

Knowledge only becomes valuable when it can be applied to solve real problems.

  3. 03

    Build proof, not just certificates.

Projects, portfolios, and demonstrated ability matter more than collecting credentials.

  4. 04

    Think like a problem solver.

Technology and AI are tools. The real value comes from solving meaningful problems.

  5. 05

    Future-focused thinking.

Prepare for where work is going, not where it has been.

  6. 06

    Community accelerates growth.

People learn faster when they collaborate, support each other, and stay accountable.

  7. 07

    Continuous improvement.

Stay curious, welcome feedback, keep learning.

About the founder

Charles Amegashie

My name is Charles Amegashie, founder of DELTECH Pathways.

The problem we're solving is simple, but deeply personal. Many university students graduate with degrees but lack practical skills and clarity about what they want to do. I experienced this myself. While I was in school, I didn't really know what path to follow because I wasn't in a specialized course. Like many students, I was learning, but I didn't understand how it connected to the real world.

That's why I created DELTECH Pathways.

We help students not just become job-ready, but gain career clarity early. Our 9-week programme combines structured learning, mentorship, and real-world exposure. Students don't just sit in classrooms. They visit small and medium-sized businesses, speak directly with founders, identify real problems, and work on practical solutions, so they understand how the real world actually works and where they fit into it.

DELTECH Pathways isn't just about employment. It's about helping students understand themselves, the world, and the opportunities available to them.
