DELTECH Pathways ("DELTECH," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Career Health Check assessment: your email, name (if given), your answers, and your resulting score and band.
- CV Builder: your email, name (if given), and the CV content you enter (work history, education, contact details) — this stays in your browser and is never sent to or stored on our servers, except your email at the point you choose to download.
- Cohort application: your name, email, phone number, school, programme of study, academic level, and your written answers to application questions.
We do not collect more than what's needed for each of these tools to work.
Why we collect it
- To send you your assessment results and any relevant follow-up.
- To generate the CV documents you request.
- To review and process your cohort application.
- To occasionally send you relevant updates about DELTECH programmes, if you've opted in.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data to anyone, ever. We use a small number of third-party tools to run DELTECH, and your data passes through them only as needed:
- Google Forms / Google Sheets — stores your cohort application, assessment, and CV builder lead responses.
We don't share your information with any other party for marketing or advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us for. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you have the right to know what data we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, and request that it be deleted. To do any of this, email us at hello@deltechpathways.com.
Cookies and analytics
Once our analytics are active, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — this data is aggregated and not tied to your name or email.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is 100% secure. Don't share sensitive information with us beyond what a form specifically asks for.
Who this applies to
DELTECH Pathways is built for university students and early-career professionals. It isn't intended for children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as DELTECH grows. Significant changes will be reflected with a new effective date above.
